  The policeman who wounded, in early October, three persons in the city of Yessentuki, Stavropol Territory, is in hospital and was not dismissed from the police, said Svetlana Kharchenko, the assistant of the head of the Investigatory Department for the Territory of the ICRF (Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation).
