Kuban residents complain about lack of heating in their houses
In Krasnodar, residents of two apartment buildings have reported the lack of heating. According to the Kuschevskaya district administration, almost all well-equipped houses stay without heating in the Cossack village of Kuschevskaya. The chief of the utility services of the city of Goryachy Klyuch is dismissed from his post for failure to launch the heating season, reports the city administration of Goryachy Klyuch.
The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed Olga Lesina, a resident of the house No. 35 in Sovetskaya Street in Krasnodar, that the tenants of the house are mostly pensioners, and they caught a cold when the temperature dropped down to +5°C.
According to Olga Lesina, after the tenants of the house called to the hot line of the Governor, staff members of the utility services visited them, registered the fact of the lack of heating, and left. The tenants of the house decided to write a letter to the virtual reception of the President.
Natalia Fortul, a resident of the house No. 12/1 in Rostovskoe Shosse in Krasnodar, has also reported that tenants of the house feel cold and that the electric power lines cannot withstand the voltage when tenants of every apartment simultaneously switch on electric appliances.
According to the Kuschevskaya district administration, since heat supply companies have accumulated a debt of 50 million roubles, the heating season in the Kuschevskaya District is not launched in due time.
On October 18, Veniamin Kondratiev, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, wrote in his Facebook that during one day, he got from Kuban residents hundreds of complaints about lack of heating. The Governor has promised to organize inspections and to punish the persons responsible for the failure of the heating season.
