In Krasnodar, residents of 700 multi-storey buildings deprived of hot water supply for three weeks
Starting from May 12, more than 150,000 Krasnodar residents, living in four districts, are deprived of hot water supply. The long interruption in hot water supply is explained by delayed repair works at the city thermal power plant (TPP).
The interruptions in hot water supply affected about 700 multi-storey buildings located in the centre of Krasnodar and in the Komsomolsky, Cheryomushki, and Gidrostroiteley residential districts.
According to the current regulations, the scheduled interruption of hot water supply should not last more than two weeks. However, on May 26, as scheduled, no hot water appeared in the houses of Krasnodar residents, and after that, the indignant city residents began to call the utility services, the "Yugopolis" reports today.
At present, according to an official from the city administration, workers continue emergency repair works at the heating pipeline "TPP-City Centre".
