In the Karabudakhkent District, the principal of the school in the village of Gubden has been killed last night.

According to the preliminary information, several people were involved in the attack.

"Unidentified people called the school principal into the street. There, after a verbal altercation, they stabbed him several times with knives and fled. The school principal died from the stab wounds he got," reports a source from the law enforcement bodies as quoted by the "Interfax".

According to the preliminary information of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the victim was shot dead and died not from stab wounds, the "TASS" reports.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 9, in a wooded area near the village of Serga-Kala (Sergokala), unidentified attackers killed two young men and stole their car. Law enforcers do not rule out that the attack involved members of the armed underground.

It should be noted that since July 7, the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime was in force in the Karabudakhkent District. According to law enforcers, in a forest in 2 km from the village of Paraul, nine suspected militants and one special forces fighter were killed, and four other law enforcers were wounded.
