Two persons disappear in Ingushetia

20-year-old Ilyas Teboev and 19-year-old Khavzh-Bagaudin Kurtoev, residents of Malgobek, disappeared on July 19. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for Ingushetia addressed citizens with a request to help in their search.

On July 19, two local residents report to the Ingush MIA on the disappearance of the young people.

"The men reported that at night on July 19, their sons, 20-year-old Ilyas Teboev and 19-year-old Khavzh-Bagaudin Kurtoev, left home and their whereabouts are still unknown," reports the website of the MIA's Chief Department for Ingushetia.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" has reported the disappearance of a resident of another region of the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD). 24-year-old Alvi Khakimov disappeared on December 21, 2016, after he left for work in the village of the Naur District, reported a relative of the disappeared man.

  • Court releases Malgobek law enforcers accused of extortion

    Three policemen from Ingushetia, accused of using violence against a detainee and extortion, have been released. The Supreme Court (SC) of Ingushetia has explained that the period specified by law for the preliminary investigation had expired and their further detention is illegal.
