Advocate Rustam Yunusov detained in Dagestan by FSB agents - "Chernovik"
Rustam Yunusov was brought to the FSB in connection with the case against a third person. This was reported by a source from the FSB Department for Dagestan. Musa Abdulkadirov, a defender of Rustam Yunusov, tried to visit his client, but he was not able to see Rustam Yunusov, the "Chernovik" (Draft) reports today.
The arrest of Rustam Yunusov was reported on June 9, although FSB agents detained him on June 8. For some time, his whereabouts remained unknown, notes Musa Abdulkadirov, Rustam Yunusov's advocate.
According to him, officials of the FSB Department for Dagestan did not at first confirm to him that Rustam Yunusov was kept by them. Then, according to Musa Abdulkadirov, they informed him that Rustam Yunusov was not detained, but was brought to their place in connection with the case against a third person. The FSB officials have also added that Rustam Yunusov is taking part in investigative actions and at the same time "nobody is detaining him at the building."
Throughout the day of June 9, Musa Abdulkadirov tried to get a permission to visit Rustam Yunusov, but he was never allowed into the building. Until present, Rustam Yunusov has not been released, the "Chernovik" reports today.
