The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 12, 2014, Magomedrasul Magomedov was detained in Khasavyurt. Sapiyat Magomedova treated the criminal case instituted under article "Rape" against her brother as an attempt to put pressure on her.

On March 7, the judge of the Khasavyurt City Court pronounced a verdict of guilty against Magomedrasul Magomedov and sentenced him to 4 years of conditional imprisonment with probation for 3 years and 6 months, the Court's office reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been explained by Sapiyat Magomedova, that from the very beginning, she stated that the charge filed against her brother was a provocation and pressure on her.

"In the course of the preliminary and judicial investigation, Magomedrasul Magomedov's guilt has not been proved, and the case materials contain no evidence for recognizing him guilty of committing any crime," the advocate said.
