Ingush Govt forced to resign

Alexei Vorobyov, Chairman of the Government of Ingushetia, was dismissed on his own will because of going to some other job, the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov said today at a sitting in Magas, Ingushetia. Together with the Prime Minister, the entire government was sacked.

Earlier, a source from the Ingush government informed the "Caucasian Knot" that today the whole government will be dismissed, while Alexei Vorobyov will go to Moscow to take some other post there. According to the source, almost all the members of the current government will preserve their posts, while the post of the Premier will be presumably occupied by Musa Mazhitovich Chiliev, currently Deputy Premier and Minister of Finance of Ingushetia.

As reported by the Russian News Service, Mr Chiliev has been already appointed as Acting Premier of Ingushetia.

Mr Evkurov instructed all the ministers to perform their duties until approval of a new Premier and Cabinet. He added that whole Govt was forced to retire under the Republic's Constitution, the "Interfax" reports.

Alexei Vorobyov was appointed to the post Chairman of the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of the Government of Moscow, the ITAR-TASS reports.
