Head of Tax Service kidnapped in Untsukul District of Dagestan
In the evening on February 24, unidentified persons kidnapped Shamil Sultanov, head of the division for taxation of individuals of the Department for Untsukul District of the Department of the Federal Tax Service (DFTS). This was reported by the Untsukul ROVD (District Interior Division).
The incident occurred at 6:00 p.m.
Three strangers in masks arrived in a VAZ-2114 car to Sultanov's house, when he was coming out of his garage. Under gunpoint, they put him into the car and disappeared.
The district has introduced the "Interception" Plan; the search of the official is underway, the "Interfax" reports.
