GPO: farm belonging to mother of main suspect in Kuschevskaya case received state funds under faked data

In the course of a check conducted in the village of Kuschevskaya, the Krasnodar Territorial Prosecutor's Office revealed violations at allocation of subsidies to one of the agrarian farms, located in the village - the Limited Liability Company (LLC) "Artex-Agro", managed by Nadezhda Tsapok - mother of Sergey Tsapok, a suspect of organizing the awful massacre. This was reported by Marina Gridneva, official spokesperson of the Russian General Prosecutor's Office (GPO).

Let us remind you that within five years (in 2006-2010) the "Artex-Agro" received 136.7 million roubles of budgetary subsidies. The company is one of the most successful in the territory. On November 24, law enforcement agencies began searching the LLC "Artex-Agro"; however, there are no official comments on the ongoing checks.

According to Ms Gridneva, the audit at the territorial department for agriculture and processing industry revealed facts of unjustified subsidies granted to agricultural enterprises from the federal and regional budgets in excess of 20 million roubles.

"Besides, other violations of the budgetary and order-placement legislation were revealed. For example, the LLC 'Artex-Agro' from Kuschevskaya submitted false data and received in 2010 more than 15 million roubles from the federal and regional budgets," the GPO's spokesperson has added.

Marina Gridneva has noted that violations became possible as a result of poor execution of their duties by employees of the above department and led to unjustified expenditures from the federal and regional budgets, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

The position of Nadezhda Tsapok herself is unknown.
