Investigation: Isa Yamadaev fails to confirm that his brother Sulim threatened Kadyrov with blood feud

The Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation does not find the fact that ex-commander of the "Vostok" battalion Sulim Yamadaev had threatened President of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov to be proved. Isa Yamadaev has stated that his brother did not make any calls to Chechnya from the United Arab Emirates and did not announce his blood feud to Kadyrov and Deputy of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov.

Earlier, Isa stated that the ex-commander of the "Vostok" battalion "East" had tried to announce blood feud by telephone to President of Chechnya and Deputy of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov; however, the information failed to reach the addressees. Then, the Investigatory Department (ID) started its pre-investigation check.

As reported by the ID's spokeswoman, the above check revealed crime attributes as stipulated by the article of the Criminal Code "Preparation of an attempt on life of a state or public figure". Further decisions on the check will be made by the local Department of the FSB.

According to her story, "it was established that a call arrived from one of near foreign countries. It was established where it was made from and for how long the parties talked." In the context of Isa Yamadaev's evidences, the investigation has concluded that it was some "unidentified person," as reported by the ITAR-TASS.

It has become known recently that brothers Isa and Musa Yamadaev, who had initially stated that the ex-commander of "Vostok" was alive, launched their blog in the Internet, where they report about health of their brother and answer visitors' questions. As they write, Sulim who has survived in an attempt will soon face a complex surgery.
