  • Amnesty announced in Nagorno-Karabakh

    On August, 30, deputies of the People’s Assembly of Nagorno-Karabakh adopted a decision of announcing amnesty in honour of the 20-th anniversary of declaration of independence of Nagorno-Karabakh.
