Writer Paizullaev states that he had accused Chechnya's President of kidnappings under Yamadaev's pressure

Writer Nikolai Paizullaev, who on May 23 at press conference in Moscow accused Ramzan Kadyrov of his own kidnapping, and of kidnapping of his wife and daughter, has stated that he was acting under the effect of psychotropic substances and by command of one of Yamadaev brothers.

On July 18, Nikolai Paizullaev, who was inaccessible for the media after his Moscow press conference, suddenly organized a meeting in Grozny with journalists which he called a "confession". There, the writer and ex-candidate for President of Chechnya (in 2003 he ran for the post) assured the audience that he had fulfilled the "order" of Yamadaev brothers, who starting this April are in a tough confrontation with Republic's leaders, namely - with Ramzan Kadyrov.

According to Mr Paizullaev, after his kidnapping (it happened on May 18 near to the House of the Press in Grozny), he was really sure that it was done on Kadyrov's instruction, but then he understood that the incident was "a well planned performance of Yamadaev himself, to whom I addressed for help after what happened." The writer asserted that during the press conference in Moscow he was under effect of psychotropic substances and various drugs", which were given to him by ex-deputy of the Russian State Duma Khalid (Ruslan) Yamadaev.

Nikolai Paizullaev has accused Yamadaevs of an attempt to destabilize the situation in Chechnya and displace Ramzan Kadyrov from his post, aiming to seize power afterwards.
