Kesaeva is satisfied with transfer of the "Voice of Beslan" trial to North Ossetia

Today, the Nazran Court of Ingushetia has passed a decision to transfer the hearing on the case of recognition of the materials published by the "Voice of Beslan" to be extremist ones to North Ossetia in spite of the fact that the Acting Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia had insisted that the trial should take place in Nazran.

"Our case will be transferred to Ossetia, and it's already nice. The examination will also be conducted here," Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the "Voice of Beslan" Committee, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

We remind you that the Committee sent a petition asking to return the statement of claim lodged by the Acting Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia M. Kh. Aushev because of violation of the territorial jurisdiction legislation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has already informed that the "Voice of Beslan" has not received yet an answer to the complaint against M. Kh. Aushev's actions from Deputy General Public Prosecutor for the South Federal District (SFD) Ivan Sydoruk.

"Our complaint was registered, but the Prosecutor's Office is not ready to answer it yet. Sergey Iskin, Mr Sydoruk's deputy, told us about it. Ivan Sydoruk himself is on a business trip," Ella Kesaeva has added.
