CPRF members in Dagestan are sure that elections were falsified

Over a hundred members of the Communist Parties of the Russian Federation (CPRF) have rallied in the Rodopy Boulevard of Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, to protest against falsifications at the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

"People expressed their protest by ignoring polling stations. And their non-appearance there was replenished by the administrative resource," Makhmud Makhmudov, first secretary of the Dagestan CPRF Committee, has stated.

In his turn, Vladimir Yasnoy, an employee of the legal service of the CPRF Central Committee who was authorized by the Central Committee, told journalists about the violations that took place during the voting in Dagestan: "The first most violent violation was that they have overestimated the voter turnout by the throw-in of illegal ballot papers. The throw-in was most impudent. In fact, every polling station was attended by 200-300 persons, however, they write that the voter turnout was about 1300-1500 persons.

Outsiders who had nothing to do with particular electoral district were brought in buses to polling stations, and ballot papers were given to them for voting. 5-6 papers were given to one person. In many cases voting tabulation minutes were not given to the observers.

The CPRF members of electoral commissions who had the right of deciding vote were either not let into the rooms of vote counting, or in general expelled from the stations, that is, two Laws "On Elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation" and "On Guarantees of Citizens' Rights" were violated. All the facts of such violations - about fifty in total - have been documented."
