Obstacles to observers and violations of campaigning rules fixed in Southern Federal District

In the Krasnodar Territory, election observers complained of violations during mobile voting and obstacles with their work at polling stations. In the Volgograd Region, portraits of the incumbent president hang at five polling stations.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that voting at the presidential election is taking place in Russia on March 15-17. On the first day of voting, at polling stations in the Krasnodar Territory, observers are being obstructed, while employers demand voters' reports about their participation in the voting, the authors of applications about violations have reported.

In the Volgograd Region, observers have posted photos in their social network pages showing portraits of the incumbent president next to the ballot boxes, voting booths and in the territory of polling stations.
