Kuban resident fined under article on discrediting Russian Armed Forces

In the Krasnodar Territory, a court found a local resident guilty of discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and imposed a fine on him.

The administrative case instituted against Oleg Galaev was received by the Korenovsky District Court, the “Kavkaz.Realii”* reports.

The “Caucasian Knot” has also reported that in December, in Kuban, a court fined Yuri Spirin, the secretary of the district committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation (CPRF), under the article on discrediting the Russian Armed Forces for posting a video with a poem on a social network. Yuri Spirin deleted the video in the presence of the police and assured the court of his loyalty, but was fined 40,000 roubles.
