Military's remains found in Nagorno-Karabakh

Near the city of Djabrail, Karabakh rescuers have found remains of an Armenian military serviceman who perished in hostilities in November 2020. The total number of found bodies and remains has reached 1708, the Emergency Service of Nagorno-Karabakh has reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 13, Karabakh rescuers found the remains of an Armenian military in Matagis.

On January 24, the remains of another military serviceman found in the village of Vorotan were handed over to rescuers by Azerbaijan; and the body of another serviceman was found on January 18 in the Djabrail (the Armenian name is Djrakan) District, the "News-Armenia" reported with reference to the Emergency Service of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Earlier, on January 19, Armenia announced 3809 casualties during the hostilities in Karabakh in the fall of 2020. Other 220 persons are listed as missing.
