In Quarter 1 of 2019, in North Ossetia, there were no victims of armed conflict

In January-March 2019, in North Ossetia, nobody fell victim to the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the data of the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In Quarter 1 of 2018, there were no victims of the armed conflict in this republic either.

The above statistics does not present accurately, with 100% precision, the real number of victims. Not all the data gets into news bulletins. It is not always possible to check the truthfulness of the statements of law enforcement bodies; while new data on the events that happened during the reporting period sometimes become known after the publication of the statistics by the "Caucasian Knot".

In 2018, there were no victims of the conflict in North Ossetia. In 2017, nine people fell victim to the conflict in the territory of North Ossetia, while in 2016 and 2015, there were no victims thereto.

In 2014, one person was killed in the conflict; in 2013, at least three people perished: one civilian and two suspected members of the armed underground. In 2012, in North Ossetia, 14 people fell victim to the conflict: seven persons perished, and seven others were wounded. In 2011, 14 victims were recorded in the republic: four were killed and 10 wounded.
