Rayudin Yusufov, a former Dagestani official, accused of fraud, has reported to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) that he was detained without observing the necessary formalities.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Rayudin Yusufov, a deputy of the former acting Premier of Dagestan Abdusamad Gamidov, as well as two other officials and Gamidov himself, are in custody in Moscow since February 6. The officials are accused of committing large-scale frauds.
