Six people detained after shootout in Dagestan

Up to 15 people participated in the shootout in the Magaramkent District of Dagestan, two men were killed and two were wounded, a source from the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported. The police have introduced the "Interception" plan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported referring to a MIA source that in the shootout in Dagestan that happened on November 23, two persons were shot dead. One of them was Eldar Yaraliev, a Deputy of the local District Assembly.

The shootout took place at a crushed stone factory, two local assembly deputies told the "Caucasian Knot". According to their story, the parties thereof were Yaraliev brothers and a group from Derbent; the shooting was preceded by a conflict that broke out in the territory of the factory.

According to the MIA source, six people were detained after the shooting in the Magaramkent District of Dagestan out of 15 participants of the conflict.

The police announced the "Interception" plan; according to the MIA, from 10 to 15 people are being searched for, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
