Law enforcers prevent attempt on a preacher in Ingushetia

The FSB reported the detention of two militants who planned to use a powerful bomb to blow up a religious figure in Ingushetia.

Improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and explosive substances have been found in the suspects' houses, the TASS reports with reference to the FSB Public Relations Centre.

At present, the decision concerning institution of a criminal case against the detainees is to be made, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
