Austrian authorities decide to deport Chechen native to Russia

Today, in Vienna, the migration department of Austria has decided to deport 37-year-old Aslan, a Chechen refugee, who lived in the country for more than 7 years. This was reported by his advocate Andreas Lepsi.

According to the advocate, during five years, the native of Chechnya five times submitted documents for obtaining the status of refugee. Nevertheless, his application was refused.

Aslan is the father of three minor children, and his wife has the status of political refugee. Their eldest daughter is four years old, and according to the local regulations, this year she will have to go to school. The younger children are two years old, reported advocate Andreas Lepsi.

According to Andreas Lepsi, the country's authorities did not want to take into account the fact that the man managed to learn the state language, as well as the facts that during all that time he worked as a chauffeur in an Austrian company and that his family members would be deprived of him as a father and a husband, the "Kavkaz.Realii" reports.
