Ilya Varlamov identifies deputy of Stavropol City Duma among attackers

The attack on Ilya Varlamov involved a deputy of the Stavropol City Duma, one of the directors of a commercial company. This was reported by the blogger himself.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 26, after his arrival in Stavropol, Ilya Varlamov was attacked by unidentified people who poured brilliant green on him. The blogger has published photos, which, according to him, depicted the attackers. Ilya Varlamov has also filed a complaint to the police about the attack. Later, he has reported that the same people again poured brilliant green on him and rammed his car.

"The man to whom I talked near the housing complex 'Perspektyvny' (just before the attack) was identified as a deputy of the Stavropol City Duma," Ilya Varlamov wrote on his page in the social network "VKontakte" in the evening of April 26. The blogger has also noted that the above man occupies the leading position in one of the companies.

The blogger has mentioned the name of the State Duma deputy. Ilya Varlamov has also reported on his website that the deputy had "taken part" in the attack. The blogger has published a photo of the man made during their conversation. Ilya Varlamov has also posted portraits of the deputy from the websites of the Stavropol City Duma and a commercial company and suggested that all the photos depict the same person.
