Sochi: flood victims to be evicted with their children into street from "Neptune" Hotel

Svetlana and Grigory Moiseenko, who care of two minor children, have got from court marshals a demand to leave the reserve housing fund of the "Neptune" Hotel. Similar demand was also got by the Manukov family. Court marshals demand to vacate the premises until December 12. Meanwhile, the officials did not sent to the people the court decision which justified their demand on eviction.

According to the Moiseenko spouses, they have nothing to go with their children in winter, since on June 25, 2015, their only shelter in the barracks in Gastello Street was affected by a flood and became unsuitable for living.

Grigory Moiseenko, the husband of Svetlana Moiseenko, reported that after the flood, he was diagnosed with tuberculosis.

According to Nina Suprunets, the chief of the legal protection division of the legal department of the city administration for the Adler District, the court has taken into account that the temporary right of the Moiseenko family to live at the "Neptune" Hotel expired.

In his turn, Vladimir Kondratenko, the chief of the civil defence and public administration division of the Sochi administration, the Manukov family is on the 5500th place in the line for housing, while the Moiseenko family is not included in the line and thus they have no right for a new housing.
