Court fails to select jury in case of Boris Nemtsov's murder

45 candidates to the jury in the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov disqualified themselves. The repeated attempt to select jurors will be held on September 28. The decision was pronounced by the Moscow District Military Court.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, the Moscow District Military Court has begun forming a jury for the consideration of the criminal case on the murder of Boris Nemtsov. 59 people were invited to take part in the selection of a jury came to the Court.

According to one of the participants in the court session, "the majority of the persons who came to the selection of the jury disqualified themselves for personal reasons."

Vadim Prokhorov, an advocate to the victim party, has suggested that candidates to the jury "are afraid of the people who stand behind the crime."
