Araik Papikyan, a representative of the group of advocates, who defend the members of the "Sasna Tsrer" grouping, said that all the members of the grouping are arrested.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on July 17-31, In Yerevan, the seized building of the police regimen was held by the armed group "Sasna Tsrer" (Daredevils of Sassoun), which included supporters of the opposition movement "Constituent Parliament". In the related criminal case, the charges have been brought against 47 persons. On August 1, the court pronounced the decision to arrest for two months three members of the Coordinating Council of the "Sasna Tsrer". On August 2, two other members of the group of rebels were arrested.

He stressed that all members of the grouping saw the same charge – under point 1, Part 3, Article 218 of the Criminal Code of Armenia (hostage taking), and Part 3, Article 235 (illegal acquisition, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of weapons).

The maximum penalty under these articles is 15 years of imprisonment.

This same charge was brought against Arthur Sargsyan, who delivered foodstuffs to "Sasna Tsrer" members, and who was arrested for two months.
