"Interfax": native of Kabardino-Balkaria suspected of plotting terror act in Moscow

Law enforcers put on the wanted list Elbrus Bittirov, suspected of plotting a terror act in Moscow.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 11, in Moscow, FSB agents detained 10 people, suspected of plotting a terror act. The FSB agents found and defused an improvised explosive device (IED) at the apartment where the detainees were hiding. According to law enforcers, the detainees were trained in Syria in camps of the terrorist organization "Islamic State" (IS, earlier ISIL) recognized in Russia as illegal. Today, the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow has pronounced the decisions to arrest Aslan Baisultanov, a native of Grozny, and Elman Ashaev, a resident of Chechnya, until December 12.

The law enforcement authorities put on the wanted list Elbrus Bittirov, a native of Kabardino-Balkaria. According to investigators, he may be the person, who ordered plotting of a terror act in Moscow, the "Interfax" reports with reference to a source.
