The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on February 25, power agents discovered a dugout in the Kizilyurt District, where militants were hiding. The CTO regime was introduced in four district villages. On February 27, the Russian National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) said that six militants were killed in the CTO.
The highway running to Kizilyurt was blocked in the morning on February 25, because of the above CTO regime, a resident of the village of Nechaevka, Kizilyurt District, has confirmed.
