Abkhazian presidential candidates sign agreement on reforms
As reported by Elza Chanba, spokeswoman for the republic's parliament, the Abkhazian presidential candidates have signed an agreement on reforms in the political and socioeconomic spheres and on measures to reach the national unity.
Let us remind you that four candidates are running for the post of the president of Abkhazia: Aslan Bzhaniya, Leonid Dzapshba, Raul Khadjimba, and Mirab Kishmariya.
As reported by Elza Chanba, the presidential candidates agreed to respond to possible crisis situations and set up an advisory board to include three representatives of each candidate.
They also agreed to harmonize the model of constitutional reform that assumes a redistribution of authorities among the branches of power to be carried out within a year in case one of the candidates wins the race, the "RIA Novosti" reports.
