Investigators uphold initiation of criminal case against "Stop Electrozink" activist in Vladikavkaz

The actions of a police investigator, who opened a criminal case against Anatoly Kolkhidov, an activists of the environmental movement "Stop Electrozink", has no violations – the absence of falsifications in Kolkhidov's case was confirmed by the courts, state the investigatory bodies of North Ossetia.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Anatoly Kolkhidov, an organizer of rallies against the "Electrozink" Factory in North Ossetia, was accused of a robbery against his civil wife Evgenia Kabisova. Later, she said that the conflict was settled and recalled her application from the police. Anatoly was detained on February 26; and on March 31 he was released under recognizance not to leave.

Kolkhidov demands to stop his prosecuting and bring the MIA investigator to justice, since Anatoly believes that his arrest was based on falsified documents.
