The consideration of the case for the lawsuit filed by the Karabulak administration to evict families of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the temporary accommodation centre (TAC) "Promzhilbaza", has been postponed for indefinite period. This was reported by lawyer Toma Tsechoeva.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the Karabulak administration demands to evict members of eight families living at the TAC "Promzhilbaza". An official from the Karabulak administration has filed a motion to join the Ministry of External Relations, National Policy, Press and Information of the Republic of Ingushetia and the Department of the Federal Migration Service (FMS) for the Republic of Ingushetia as defendants in the case.

On March 26, at the court hearing, the Ingush Ministry of National Policy presented to the court the documents declaring the decision to provide housing to persons having the status of internally displaced persons. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Toma Tsechoeva, a lawyer of the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial".

According to Toma Tsechoeva, at the court hearing, the official from the Ingush FMS Department chosen to participate in the legal proceedings has filed a motion to give him time to study the documents. "The judge has granted the motion. Thus, the next court hearing has been postponed for indefinite period," Toma Tsechoeva has stated.
