Arakcheev’s attorney appealed against the law on state forensic expert activities in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
The defense of Sergey Arakcheev, ex-officer of Inner Troops of the Ministry of Interior Affairs who fought in Chechnya, sentenced to 15 years of custody for accusation of murder of three peaceful residents of Chechnya in January of 2003 appealed against the law “On state forensic expert activities” in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
The appeal was submitted to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation in connection with refusal in autopsy of the dead bodies during the investigation for the reason of religious customs, Arakcheev’s attorney Dmitry Agranovsky told the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.
