Today the ambulance was called to court twice in connection with his poor state however the court refers to the opinion of the physicians of the ambulance who sated that the patient was able to participate in the trial and did not take him to hospital", Musa Pliev said to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

On December, 2, the session was already deferred because of Tatarkhan Kartoev's illness and appointed on December, 2. In Pliev's opinion, the court should hold up hearing the case until Tatarkhan Kartoev is operated on and recovers.

"There is a danger to my client's life and we will demand his hospitalization. The more so, that our client himself insists on getting the necessary treatment", Pliev said at the trial on December, 12.
