Central Election Committee: "United Russia" polls less than a half of the electors' votes
Central Election Committee of the Russian Federation (CEC) announced preliminary results of State Duma election. "United Russia" polls 49,54% votes, KPRF - 19,16%, "Fair Russia" - 13,22%, LDPR - 11,66%, "Patriots of Russia" - 0,97%, "Yabloko" - 3,3%, "Right Cause" - 0,59%.
It should be reminded that after processing 80 % protocols CEC reported that "United Russia" was polling 50,08 % votes, KPRF - 19,23%, "Fair Russia" - 12,98%, LDPR - 11,74% votes.
"According to preliminary data, the mandates of deputies of State Duma of the sixth convocation will be dispensed among "United Russia", KPRF, "Fair Russia" and LDPR. The turnout for the election makes 60,2 per cent of the total number of electors". This data announced by Chairman of CEC Vladimir Churov is placed at the official web-site of CEC.
Members of CEC also report that "United Russia" may expect to get 238 mandates in State Duma out of 450. In the State Duma of the previous convocation "UR" had 315 mandates, RIA "Novosti" reports.
