The authors of the project rate among social media news sites, social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Goggle+ and some others), blogs, micro-blogs, on-line mode communication systems (msn, Skype, Google Talk and the like) and forums.

The resource is meant for public at large, including NGOs, bloggers, teachers, journalists, representatives of small business. According to the authors’ concept, any target group can find information useful exactly for it.

Journalists can get information on the methods of using social media for opinion polling, access to free photo-resources, experience of the use of tools in new media of foreign countries.

There is also information for bloggers on how to write effective posts and use all kinds of statistics for blog analyses.
