Azerbaijan states shelling of its positions in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone

On September 28, units of the Armenian army two times shelled the Azerbaijani positions in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, said the Azeri Ministry of Defence (MoD).

According to the source, the fire was delivered from submachine and machine guns.

The attack was undertaken on the positions on the nameless heights in the Khodjavend District and positions near the village of Sarydjaly of the Agdam District, the "SalamNews.org" reports.

The attacks were suppressed by response fire, the "Trend.az" reports.

So far, the Armenian and Karabakh parties made no comments.
