The Supreme Court of Russia replaced the judicial board for hearing the case on appeals of those accused of Ruslan Yamadaev's murder

Hearing the case on the appeals filed by the attorneys of Aslanbek Dadaev, Elimpashi Khatsuev and Timur Isaev started in the Supreme Court in Moscow.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports that during today's session the juridical board was replaced but it was yet impossible to find out the reason.

At the beginning of the session the judge inquired whether there were any rejections or solicitations. Attorney Zaur Samkhanov declared several oral solicitations of an additional examination of proofs and evidence and adding new materials to the case. The solicitation of an additional examination of proofs and evidence was granted and the court resolved to carry it out during consideration of the appeals. The request of adding new materials to the case was rejected.

The judge started reading out the verdicts of the first instance court and the defendants' appeals. According to one of them, Aslanbek Dadaev demands that the verdict should be canceled for the court had given preference to questionable proofs of the prosecution.

Elimpashi Khatsuev also considers the verdict unlawful. In his turn, his attorney Zaur Samkhanov points out that part of the submitted proofs had nothing to do with the case, the other part did not prove the defendant's guilt. Besides, in the opinion of defense, Khatsuev has an alibi: at the moment when the crime was committed he was out of town. Defendant Timur Isaev also states his innocence and inconsistency of the proofs.
