Moscow: man hospitalized after mass brawl involving Russians and Azerbaijanis

In the west of Moscow, after a slight road accident a mass brawl burst out among 15 citizens of Russia and Azerbaijan. One man was hospitalized, said a source from law enforcement bodies.

According to the source, in the evening on April 28 in Sholokhov Street, a Mazda-3, driven by a 19-year-old boy, collided with a BMW X5, driven by a 21-year-old woman. "The young man moved in reverse gear and crashed into the BMW," said a MIA employee.

As a result of the accident, the woman was hospitalized with brain concussion, a fracture and a torn-off finger. When the protocol was drawn up a group of ten Russians and five citizens of Azerbaijan gathered; and a fight broke out. As a result, a 37-year-old man was hospitalized with head traumas, the RIA "Novosti" reports.

Around the midnight, in the same place, about 60 citizens of Russia and Azerbaijan rallied in order to continue the "showdown". They tried to put up a fight, but the conflict was settled by the police, the "Interfax" reports.

Let us note here that on April 24, as a result of a mass brawl in Moscow metro involving natives of the Chechen Republic, a 20-year-old visitor from Kyrgyzstan was hospitalized.
