Advocate of a suspect of terror act in Vladikavkaz complains that he is not admitted to his client

Issa Khashagulgov, a suspect of involvement in the terror act in Vladikavkaz, was transferred to the SIZO (pre-trial prison) of Vladikavkaz. The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was informed about it by one of Khashagulgov's advocates, who learned about removal of his client from the SIZO "Lefortovo".

A source close to the investigation said that Issa had already been transferred to the SIZO in Vladikavkaz and added: "He is exposed to pressure and tortured there."

The advocate was not admitted to the Vladikavkaz SIZO, since a permit from the FSB is needed, as the inquiry is conducted by the Investigatory Committee of the FSB. For the same reason, he was told whether Khashagulgov was really in Vladikavkaz.

Meanwhile, Begkham Atigov, Acting Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Ingushetia, said that there was no information yet about Khashagulgov's transfer.

Currently, Khashagulgov's relatives also have no information about his whereabouts.
