Georgia: CER to be applied to 35 prisoners
The Georgian Commission on Conditional Early Relief (CER) has considered 40 CER applications from prisoners and decided to satisfy 35 of them.
In total, the Commission received about 200 applications, and 40 of them were brought to oral discussion, said Giorgi Goradze, Chairman of the Commission.
The IA "Trend" specifies that there are no minors and women among the 35 inmates awarded by the CER by the Commission.
