Earlier dismissed judges reinstated in Kuschevskaya

Today, the Disciplinary Judicial Bench of the Krasnodar Territory reinstated two magistrate judges from the village of Kuschevskaya, who had been found guilty of links with the Tsapok's grouping.

Let us remind you that on December 30, in the Krasnodar Territory, the Qualification Collegium of Judges ruled to early terminate the powers of the magistrate judges of the Kuschevskiy District Nikolai Danilchenko and Igor Manilo after the check revealed that they had refused to receive applications accusing the members of Sergey Tsapok's grouping of committed crimes.

The Disciplinary Judicial Bench has considered the applications of former magistrate judges of the Kuschevskiy District - Igor Manilo from precinct No. 261 and Nikolai Danilchenko from precinct No. 169. The former magistrate judges contested the decision of the Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Krasnodar Territory to dismiss them with deprivation of all privileges and benefits, and of the pension rights.

The Disciplinary Judicial Bench has established that the episodes, of which Danilchenko was blamed, referred to 2006-2008, and in 2009 he was awarded the third qualification class; and then the members of the Collegium had no claims to his work, the "Pravo.Ru" reports.
