Woman-namesake of "Domodedovo" suicide bomber and her husband detained in Moscow metro

Madina Evloeva and her husband Khavazh Tsoroev, residents of Ingushetia, have been detained in Novoslobodskaya Moscow metro station. As reported by Madina's sister Khava Garaeva, they are now kept at Militia Station No. 4 of Moscow Metro.

"It happened at about midday. My husband and I were on our way to the mosque in Mira Avenue and made a change in Novoslobodskaya. Militiamen came up to us to check documents. They drove us to their station, let us touch some papers, then dropped some liquid on our hands and said that they found traces of nitroglycerine there, which means that we had contact with explosives," Madina Evloeva told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by telephone.

Employees of Militia Station No. 4 refuse to explain to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, why they had detained Tsoroev and Evloeva and when they would be released.

Evloeva said that they had no things with them; and, in her opinion, only her hijab could attract the militiamen. Madina, 26, and Tsoroev, 29, are renting a flat in Khimki since January; they have no job.

Presently, their relatives are trying to find an advocate, but with no success so far.

Let us note here that Madina Evloeva is a namesake of Magomed Evloev, a suicide bomber, who committed, according to investigators, the terror act on January 24 in Moscow "Domodedovo" Airport.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that also today in Moscow metro two residents of Kabardino-Balkaria were also detained, on whom, according to law enforcement officials, traces of explosives, supposedly, RDX (hexogen) were detected. Special services have started checking the young people for possible involvement in illegal armed formations (IAFs).
