Life of ROVD head wounded in Kabardino-Balkaria is out of danger

According to doctors, the life of Anatoly Sundukov, 51, head of the Urvan ROVD (District Interior Division), and his driver Zamir Shikov, 26, who were wounded today by an explosion that occurred in the Federal Highway Rostov-Baku, is out of danger.

The victims were sent to Nalchik.

Let us remind you that the ROVD head and his driver suffered from a self-made explosive device. Colonel Sundukov, who was on his way to his work, saw a self-made road sign "Imarat Kavkaz" installed on the roadside. When he tried to remove it, the bomb blew up.

A physician of the intensive therapy unit has assured the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the suffered militiamen "are quite well, fortunately without consequences." According to Mr Abuba, he knows Colonel Sundukov's brother and it well informed about the current state of health of the militiamen.
