This was told to a reporter of “Caucasian Knot” by Alan Jussoev, Head of Leninogorsk district Administration. According to him, only the Russian ruble will be circulating in the district and the whole republic as well.

According to Alan Jussoev, one of these days the owners of the shops will receive written notices of conversion of the price lists to ruble format. “There will be no longer price lists in lari because this currency is not in circulation”, Jussoev said.
He added that in case of violation of the written notices any shop owner will be fined by the personnel of tax service. “The sum of the fine will make 10 minimum wages”, Jussoev declared.
