About 300 residents of North Ossetia addressed reception office of Russian President

The most frequent issues, on which residents of North Ossetia addressed the Russian President's Reception Office, which was opened in Vladikavkaz a bit more than a month ago, were allocation of housing facilities, material assistance, observance of law and the condition of public order; they also reported their social problems.

During this period, about 300 residents of the republic have addressed the Reception Office. Every day people send their written requests, including through the Internet; besides, twice a week personal reception sessions are held.

Since the republic is housing at least 12,000 migrants, it was quite predictable that quite a lot of citizens raised their housing problems and asked for effective measures of social help, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Office.

The analysis of appeals has shown that participation in personal reception sessions of heads of ministries and agencies proved to be efficient practice; in particular, the sessions were attended by the Republic's Prosecutor, head of the Migration Service, First Deputy Interior Minister of North Ossetia.

In total, more than 100 written and oral complaints addressed to the Office were processed and sent for execution to local authorities, since the raised problems could be solved at the municipality level. About 80 complaints were forwarded to the territorial structures of the federal executive bodies.
