The number of people who perished in a road accident increased to six

Today, December, 20, one more of the people injured in a road accident in Kalmykia died in hospital. So the number of victims of the collision between a regular bus and "Gazel" truck increased to six persons.

Four more people are still staying in hospital with traumas of different extent of gravity, "Interfax" agency reports referring to a source in the republican law enforcement bodies. 

It should be reminded that the collision took place tonight. The total number of passengers in the bus was 13. According to the investigation's preliminary information, the driver of the "Gazel" truck transporting livestock has been the party in fault of the accident. The bus was following from Kizlyar to Moscow.

"Caucasian Knot" has formerly reported another road accident with a regular bus which happened in the republic about two weeks ago. At night of December, 7, the bus collided with a truck in Komsomolsky - Yashkul highway. There were 35 passengers in the bus, four of them got injured. The driver of the bus died in hospital from traumas.

On December, 3, a passenger bus following from Elista collided with a "KamAz". 10 people perished and 26 got injured in this accident. Supposedly, the driver of the bus fell asleep at the wheel.
