Prosecutor General's suspects an investigator from Kuschevskaya of concealing income

Ekaterina Rogoza, investigator of the Department of Interior Affairs in Kuschevsky district, who has put out her video message to the President of Russia on the net concealed her income from leasing land, Marina Gridneva, official representative of Prosecutor General's, reported. 

We will remind that Ekaterina Rogoza has put out a video message to President Dmitry Medvedev on the net stating that in 2009 she upon an oral instruction from Public prosecutor's of Kuschevsky district stopped her inspection concerning one of the persons who are now accused of the murder of 12 people at night of November, 5. The President commissioned Prosecutor General's with verification of the facts mentioned in the message.

According to the representative of Prosecutor General's, investigation found out that in the period of pre-investigative inspections Rogoza concluded a lease contract on land shares belonging to her (about 36 hectares) with experimental production enterprise "Slava Kubani" Ltd. General director of which Viacheslav Tsepoviaz was also involved in racket.

According to Marina Gridneva, Rogoza received payment for the leased land but concealed this income while submitting her declaration of incomes and property in this way violating Federal Law "Of counteraction to corruption", RIA "Novosti" reports.
