Last night, in the Staropromyslovskiy District of Grozny, unidentified persons shot dead a GIBDD (State Traffic Safety Inspectorate) senior militia lieutenant. On this fact, a criminal case was opened under two articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

"On November 14, at around 9:00 p.m., in Mayakovsky settlement of Grozny, unidentified criminals killed a senior militia lieutenant from the road and patrol service of the local MIA's GIBDD, who took the position of senior inspector. He was at his service in the Staropromyslovskiy Highway and was shot dead from a pistol," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at law enforcement agencies.

Currently, militiamen are searching their colleague's killers, who had supposedly disappeared in a Lada car.
