Albert Bazeian: "Court trials are over, but justice has not been rendered"

In spite of the fact that court trials in the cases on the October 27 events and murder of Tigran Nagdalian are over, in actual fact the organizers of these crimes have not been revealed and justice has not been rendered. Albert Bazeian, chair of the "Republic" Party and a member of the "Fairness" faction, made such a statement at a session of the Armenian Parliament on November 18.

According to him, Armen Sarkisian was sentenced to 15-year imprisonment though the court did not prove the indictment brought against him for chartering the murder of Public Television and Radio Company of Armenia Board of Directors Chairman Tigran Nagdalian. Bazeian is sure the two above-mentioned crimes are closely connected with each other and the murder of Tigran Nagdalian should be considered in the context of removal of unwanted witnesses in the case on the October 27 events.
